Is my dictation private?

Speech is transcribed on your device. When you generate or fact-check a listing, that text (and any photos you add) is sent securely to our AI provider to produce the result, then discarded — it is never used to train models.

Does it guarantee Fair Housing compliance?

It assists by flagging and replacing risky phrases, but you remain responsible for your listings. It is a helper, not legal advice.
