This Privacy Policy explains how Pocketleaf ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with Softsend (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting as little data as possible.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you create in the App. Content you enter (such as entries, settings and preferences) is stored on your device. Depending on the App and your settings, this content may not be transmitted to us at all.

Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your purchase status through our subscription provider but never receive your payment card details.

Technical and diagnostic information. Like most apps, we and our service providers may process limited technical data (such as device type, app version, and crash or performance diagnostics) to keep the App working reliably.

We use information to operate and maintain the App, provide purchased features, respond to support requests, fix problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted third-party platforms to provide the App, including the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and a subscription-management provider. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of the platform you use.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.

Content stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Any information processed by our providers is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA).

Because much of your data stays on your device, you can exercise many of these rights directly by editing or deleting content in the App. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will address it.

The App may be used worldwide. Where information is processed by our providers, it may be handled in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in the App or on this page.
