Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Wanderprint (the "App") provided by Pocketleaf ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it (except where permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.

All purchases are processed by the app store, not by us. Your relationship for billing, refunds and payment support is with the app store under its terms.

The App, including its design, code, and content we provide, is owned by Pocketleaf and protected by law. Content you create remains yours.

These Terms are between you and Pocketleaf only, not with Apple or Google. The app stores are not responsible for the App or its content.

Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the applicable app store's terms of service.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocketleaf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
