These Terms of Use govern your use of Saucepil. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Saucepil on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial cooking and planning.

Saucepil lets you save recipes from links, screenshots and photos. The recipes belong to their authors. You may keep them for personal use. You may not use Saucepil to republish other people's recipes, text or photos in bulk, or to scrape sites.

AI-assisted imports can be wrong. Check quantities, times and steps against the original before you cook, especially for allergens and medical diets. Saucepil is not a source of medical or nutritional advice.

Cook mode, the planner, the shopping list and manual recipes are free. The free plan has monthly import and photo-scan allowances and a limit on saved recipes. Pro removes the import limit and raises the photo-scan allowance, subject to fair use [проверить: final allowance numbers before launch].

Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.

The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial, which converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends [проверить: final trial length, and whether the annual plan has a trial]. The annual plan renews once a year at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by country and tax.

If you reinstall or switch devices, use Restore purchases in the app to recover your Pro status on the same store account.

Do not misuse the app, try to bypass the allowances, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or use automated tools against our services.

These terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Recipe sites, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube have their own terms, which you must follow when you use them.

Saucepil is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that imports will work for every link or photo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of Saucepil, including food you cook from a recipe. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You can stop using Saucepil at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for misuse of the services.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is based [проверить: operator legal entity and governing law].

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. The date at the top shows the latest version.
