Terms of Use

1. The app is not dental advice

You enter what was done to your teeth, from your own memory or from your dentist's records. Warranty periods you enter are reminders, not promises from any clinic. Check the actual terms with your clinic. Decisions about treatment are made by you and your dentist.

2. Your entries

You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping any backup or exported file safe. Exports carry a disclaimer on every page, and you decide who receives them.

3. Free and Pro

The free version includes the full 32-tooth map, up to five treatment records, the cleaning journal and visits. Pro adds unlimited treatment records, the dentist PDF, and backup and restore. [проверить: final Pro feature list must match the paywall and store listing]

4. Subscriptions

• Payment is charged by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase. Enamelog does not take payment details.
• The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial where the store offers one. After the trial it renews at the monthly price shown in the app. [проверить: trial configured in App Store Connect and Play Console]
• The yearly plan has no trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Use Restore purchases in Settings to get Pro back on a new device with the same store account.

5. Backup and restore

A backup is a file you save and keep. Restoring a backup replaces or merges data in the app as shown on screen; the app asks you to confirm first. [проверить: whether restore replaces or merges existing records]

6. Availability and changes

The app is not released yet. Features, prices and plans may change before release and afterwards. We may update the app, and some features may stop working on very old operating systems. [проверить: minimum iOS and Android versions]

7. Warranty and liability
