By using LeanScan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

LeanScan is a wellness and trend tool. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor any disease. Estimates from photos are approximate; the typical error is about ±4–5 percentage points. Do not make medical, training or dietary decisions based on LeanScan alone. Talk to a qualified professional if you have health concerns.

You must be 18 or older. Under-18 use requires a parent or guardian's permission where the law allows. [проверить: age requirement and the store age rating.]

• Free: 1 scan per 30 days, with 1 photo per scan.
• Monthly: $4.99 per month, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, then $4.99 per month. [проверить: trial eligibility rule per Apple ID and Google account.]
• Yearly: $39.99 per year. No free trial.
• Paid plans: 6 scans per 30 days, with up to 3 photos per scan (front, side and back).

Prices are shown in US dollars; your store shows prices in your local currency. We may change limits or prices for future periods and will tell you in the app before a change takes effect. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown before you buy, until you cancel. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If a free trial is offered, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged for the first paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it. Upload full-body photos taken for scanning, not other images. You are responsible for the photos you submit.

Results are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Use the Report result option in the app to flag a result [проверить: button present in the shipped build]. We may correct or remove results that are clearly wrong or harmful.

Do not reverse-engineer the app, bypass or try to bypass scan limits, abuse our server, or use LeanScan unlawfully.

You keep ownership of your photos. Photos stay on your device, except the one-time transfer for an estimate described in our Privacy Policy.

LeanScan, its name, design and software belong to Pocketleaf. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own purposes.

LeanScan is provided as is. We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. [проверить: legal review of the warranty and liability wording.]

To the extent the law allows, Pocketleaf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of LeanScan. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [проверить: legal review; some jurisdictions do not allow this limit.]

You can stop using LeanScan at any time. We can suspend access if the app is abused or these terms are broken.
